• Work closely with the HR systems team as global reporting becomes increasingly available. Understand what is available, how to support the effort to provide data needed for business decisions.
• Build a relationship with the finance organization and manage key deliverables to support the annual financial planning cycle and be able to meet the competitive needs of the organization.
• Manage annual processes – benchmarking, structure design, pay increases, & bonus payments.
• Provide compensation support to a segment of the business or a label. Build an understanding of the business issues, respond to data requests and required analytics to support the strategic partnership between HR and the business leaders.
• Partner with other members of the compensation team to identify, recommend, create and execute strategic programs.
