We are currently seeking a dynamic Digital Strategy Coordinator to provide support to senior executives. The ideal candidate is obsessively detailed, pro-active, has a knack for problem solving and a ''can do'' attitude. Additionally we expect this position to go above and beyond normal executive support and help with doing research, analyzing data, creating presentations and handling other administrative and process tasks. Customer service mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, polished professional demeanor, and the ability to keep calm under pressure are musts.
Job Functions:
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
• Conduct data analysis, looking at trends and comparing industry data
• Conduct business and market research
• Research different services offered by other companies and prepare written comparison of results
• Create spreadsheets
• Use information provided by executives to create PowerPoint/Keynote presentations
• Use internal tools to manage departmental business processes
• Extensive travel and meeting coordination
• Calendar management
• Cover phone lines, partnering with other assistants as needed
• Meeting of guests and help with general queries
• Monthly Expensys reconciliation and processing
• Regular meeting prep and coordination including food ordering, document prep and organization as directed, occasional meeting coverage and note taking
• Special project coordination requiring follow-up and meeting of deadlines
• Ticket coordination with company buyer Additional duties as assigned
• Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Strong interest in the digital music market
• Must have initiative and desire to learn the business
• Experience working as part of a team in a business environment
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels including Executive Management
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with external partners and clients
• Possess strong attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, internet
• Proactive in determining roadblocks
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under high pressure and speed
• Must have the ability to build collaborative relationships
• Ability to keep information highly confidential
• Flexible and able to multi-task
Education:
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing or Finance
