Universal Music Group's Premedia Services department is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to manage and support ongoing projects. The candidate must able to navigate various digital platforms, demonstrate attention to detail and be savvy in understanding project management methodologies. This particular role will interact with internal UMG label groups and external management and vendors.
Job Functions:
• Collaborate with Premedia Services digital applications team to design, develop, test, and maintain applications
• Ensure cross browser compatibility across a variety of browsers
• Distribute assets to internal users and external partners
• Assure content is archived for future needs and reference
• Copyedit and proofread web content
• Provide quality control for all metadata to assure accuracy and consistency
• Assist in finding opportunities to make development projects more productive and efficient
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Past experience with Content Management Systems
• Intermediate knowledge HTML and CSS
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with Mac OS
• Communicate effectively with Senior Management and Executives
• Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly to process change
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
• Promote and develop best practices
• Excellent customer service skills
• Results driven and holds high standards for quality development Experience:
• Strong understanding of related industry trends and content management systems
• Project Management experience a plus
• Prior experience in the entertainment industry preferred
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree or highly relevant experience preferred
