A. Job Summary:
Maximize the overall effectiveness of Worship Together digital marketing efforts by executing the tactical day-to-day
operation of each system and process that delivers our content, songs and experience to gatekeepers and consumers around the world while expanding the reach and influence of our worship songs, writers and strategic partners to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.
Capitol Christian Music Group is the market leader in the field of recorded music, distribution, and music publishing. B. Job Functions:
• Populate content in Worship Together content management system.
• Support social media strategy by scheduling content and managing interactions.
• Develop and execute weekly song promotions that build upon prior successes and are reactive to analytical intelligence using all relevant channels including, but not limited to, direct e-mail, social media and SEO.
• Handle the production of all proprietary content including, New Song Café videos, acoustic performances, etc.
• Responsible for the deployment of all programs/tools designed to establish & nurture interactive relationship between our team and the worship community.
• Manage procurement responsibilities effectively and efficiently, to ensure company assets are utilized in accordance with CMG policy and WT budget.
• Support the development and execution of song marketing plans for CCMG Label Group artist releases that collaboratively support the overall vision and strategy of the company. rd
• Leverage content and manage promotions across all 3 party digital properties (YouTube, Spotify, etc.).
• Create and design impressive, visually stimulating promotional graphics and branding for all WT initiatives.
• Support Worship Together live event strategy by traveling and representing the team at major conferences, events, tours, etc. as needed.
• Provide on-going support to Manager with priorities, major initiatives and all requests to connect songs & consumers.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
C. Job Requirements:
• Functional working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript and Microsoft Suite
• Functional working knowledge of core Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator with a solid eye for good design. Video production experience using DSLRs a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational and project management skills yielding the ability to manage multiple tasks while producing excellent results
• High attention to detail, proactive, problem solution oriented and demonstrates good decision-making skills while thinking quickly when all facts are not known
• College degree preferred or related experience and familiarity with church music and modern worship
