Full Time Job
A. Job Summary:
This is a Long Term Temp Assignment with Potential to be a Full-Time Hire.
This role responsible for the company's credit and accounts receivable relationships with most of its major customers.

B. Job Functions:
• Maintain high level of collection performance on a portfolio of major customer accounts.
• Provide resolution of customer deductions, disputed transactions and orders held from order fulfilment.
• Maintain Excel worksheet and other databases supporting the aforementioned activities.
• Apply payments from major customers that provide electronic remit advice.
• Assess credit worthiness and set credit limits up to $7,000.
• Follow-up on customer payment and other commitments.
• Assist Director in the establishment and review of credit limits for portfolio accounts.
• Understand customer's situation and needs, propose services and solutions to match.
• Develop and nurture good, professional relationships with customer contacts and others.
• Demonstrate team-player, can-do, solution-oriented attitudes, encourage others to the same.
• Cross-role training with other team members to assure team readiness and better understand the roles on other teams.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
C. Job Requirements:
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Microsoft Query or Access
• Numbers and math aptitude-heavily involves working with numbers and transactional details
• Ability to quickly and confidently make decisions
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Technical writing skills necessary to explain complicated account issues
• Work quickly with good organization skills to prioritize work in a fast-moving environment
• Persona suited toward functions balanced with customer service orientation
• Five years commercial credit or accounts receivable experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree desirable
