Republic Records, the number one market share leader four years strong is currently looking for a Coordinator to provide support to the SVP, Global Strategic Marketing and Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting at the SVP level or higher, and have great judgment with discretion and confidentiality.
Job Functions:
• The Coordinator role will undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks in direct support of the SVP, but also play an integral role in supporting the productivity and growth of the department as a whole. Day to day tasks include:
• Managing and executing music video product integration
• Managing invoices and contracts for all deals
• Executing smaller scale brand/artist partnerships and deals
• Calendar maintenance, answering phones, expenses, booking travel, etc.
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Superior attention to detail, great organizational skills,
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, and to juggle multiple critical requests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must along with a high level of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important.
• Those who thrive in this environment are outgoing and bold with a passion not only for music, but also brand marketing and sales.
• With an always growing workload and responsibility within the department this employee will need to over- communicate to team members, have impeccable follow-through on projects,
• Be proactive to face and create what's around the corner.
Experience:
• Someone ideally with 1-2 years of prior sales experience.
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree required
