We are seeking an eager and exceptional Promotion Coordinator responsible for supporting the Promotion department.
Job Functions:
• Administrative Support
• Provide administrative support to the SVP of Urban and VPs of Rhythm and Hot AC
• Heavy phones, calendar maintenance, book travel
• Book meetings/boardrooms/schedule outside meetings (reservations, etc.)
• Process expense reports
• Promotion
• Pull daily custom BDS and Mediabase airplay reports
• Pull sales reports using Nielsen Soundscan and Insight
• Collect weekly airplay additions from all promotion format heads
• Arrange contest winner travel
• Design/update email blasts and one sheets
• Maintain music library and artist assets
• Encode music in BDS and Mediabase for spin tracking
• Order/maintain CD stock for the department
• Mass mailing
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Must have excellent writing, spelling and typing skills
• Strong time management/organizational skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Intermediate skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote
• Tech-savvy
• Quick learner
• Detail oriented/strong ability to multi-task
• Calm and grounded, but assertive when needed
• Able to comfortably converse with all types of people within and outside the company
• Good relationship building skills
Experience:
• 1-2 years as an administrative assistant
Education:
• Degree or equivalent experience preferred
