Full Time Job
The Coordinator, Commercial Partnership provides administrative support to the UMG Global Commercial Partnerships Team(s) and VP of Commercial Partnerships in the support and service of accounts and labels. Key support roles include distribution and communication of information, New Release planning, troubleshooting miscellaneous account obstacles and any and all sales strategy changes. This position supports both digital and physical accounts.
Job Functions:
• Key point of contact for New Release Order Goal process
• Support VP Commercial Partnerships and Account Director in all administrative needs
• Communicate sales trends, success stories and opportunities at partners to UMG and Labels
• Ensure/track compliance, new release deliveries, store placements; troubleshoot with Digital Supply chain and content team if necessary
• Communicate/monitor new release and catalogue marketing opportunities, missing content and ingestion of assets, rush deliveries, takedowns, investigate miscellaneous issues
• Assist with account analysis and program results
• Utilize digital sales and marketing data to support physical sales and product placement
• Support Labels including fielding requests, questions and advancing training of labels regarding commercial partner activities and business
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint & Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees at all levels within
our company and accounts
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
• Extremely organized with superior time management skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Experience with search engine and social media marketing
• Strong interest in music and pop culture
• Desire to optimize processes and efficiencies
• Working knowledge and understanding of UMG internal systems a plus. Ability to quickly learn new systems a must
Experience:
• Knowledge of retail and current platforms of entertainment consumption
Education:
• College Degree
