Job Summary:
The Commercial Partnerships Coordinator provides administrative support to the UMG Commercial Partnerships Team(s) in the areas of account and label support and service. Key support roles include distribution and communication of information, and troubleshooting asset deliveries, take downs, and any and all sales strategy changes. This position supports Amazon.
Job Functions:
• Perform account street date checks and rechecks and notify account of missing content
• Distribute information and reports:
o Priority Release notes to reps
o Weekly account specific priorities
o New release information to accounts
o Takedown reports and delivery batch
o Insight summary reports, top radio adds, top gainers, Mediabase to accounts
o Product and artist placement to labels
• Support accounts with missing content and ingestion of assets, rush deliveries, investigating miscellaneous issues
• with regularly scheduled sales/marketing meetings
• Support Support Labels including fielding requests, questions and advancing training of labels regarding commercial partner activities and business
• Communicate new release and catalogue marketing opportunities, price changes, takedowns, suppressions and rush releases
• Assist with account analysis and program results

• Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and desire to optimize processes and efficiencies
• Ability to be proactive by identifying potential issues and taking action to rectify
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and enthusiastic team spirit
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint & Publisher
• Working knowledge and understanding of UMG internal systems a plus
• Ability to quickly learn new systems
