Description
The Coordinator of Campaign Operations is responsible for supporting the Product & Campaign Operations team. This includes executing the design and creation of artist and label digital marketing campaigns. This person should be tech savvy with an eye for design.
Job Functions:
• Build CRM and interactive campaigns around customized downloads, sweepstakes, and other user experiences, using proprietary systems and open source platforms
• Work with the team to create digital campaign pages and ensure timely delivery
• Design for digital campaigns, which includes ensuring that they are all styled and configured effectively
• QA and troubleshoot CMS platform(s) to meet campaign requirements
• Maintain and create campaign reports such as download numbers and site visits
• Provide estimates for timelines maintained by Product and Project managers
• Work with various groups internally to make sure all necessary campaign elements are coordinated and function properly
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively and efficiently
• Skilled with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Mac systems
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Video editing skills a plus
• Basic knowledge of analytics
• Ability to adopt new platforms and the desire to learn
• Strong visual and aesthetic sensibilities with a knack for design
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and listening skills a must
• Solid understanding of technology, online marketing, and social networking
Experience:
• 3 years of experience
• Entertainment/Music industry experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s preferred.
