UPPM-Killer Tracks, a leading provider of pre-cleared production music for use in film, television, advertising and Interactive Media is currently seeking a Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for contract creation, revision and administration, submission of licenses, as well as, assisting with credit and collection
responsibilities
as time permits. The person in this role will also be expected to work on special projects that arise.
Job Functions:
• Creation of the initial license agreements in adherence to turnaround guidelines and client requirements.
• Work with the Account Executives, clients, Business Affairs representatives, and VP of Operations on modifications to agreements.
• Tracking of contracts and addenda in the contract log.
• Ensure all executed contracts and addenda are uploaded to the shared file area of the software system.
• Assist Account Executives with supporting client contractual needs at the highest of quality standards
• Assist the compliance department with tagging and investigating potential infringements.
• Make and track collection calls on past due accounts as directed by the Credit and Collections department, as needed.
• Assist Vice President, Operations and the Operations Manager with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Skills/Abilities:
• Requires strong ability to remain flexible, calm, cool and collected as this position will juggle a high volume of expectations, technological challenges and deadlines.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to change priorities smoothly and quickly.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
• Must be and be proficient with the company's software programs and typical software programs utilized in an office and sales environment, including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• 3-5 years prior relative work experience.
Education:
• College degree preferred.
