Description
Job title: CRM & Consumer Marketing Manager
Responsible to: Director of CRM & Consumer Marketing
Department: Commercial UK
Location of work: High Street Kensington
Reporting to the Director of CRM & Consumer Marketing, this role comprises of a comprehensive consumer relationship-marketing service to the UK Business & Labels, all other areas of Universal but most importantly consumers. This role will be working alongside the Consumer Technologies Manager who is responsible for growing the value of consumer data through the implementation of strategic group-wide initiatives.
Main duties include leading CRM activation across the business analysis and benchmarking.
Person Specification Essential:
• Experience working in CRM or in a Digital Agency managing multiple accounts
• Highly numerate, analytical and results-orientated with a clear focus on high quality and business profit
• Excellent IT skills including competency across all Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Diligent and reliable, capable of managing and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously and to a high standard, both autonomously and as part of a team
• Proven ability to make rational judgements from the available information, by demonstrating an inquisitive and analytical approach
• Technically confident to self-learn new systems; personally interested in data, digital and all technology; understands key terminology and communicates effectively with experts and novices alike
• Experience of working with CRM systems and delivering qualitative & quantitative analysis
• A strong working knowledge of Google Analytic tools, tracking parameters & analysis
• Very familiar with current issues and music based trends; stays ahead of the game – aware of CRM & Data systems, Digital Technologies and CRM in Social Media
Desirable:
• Existing experience of CRM & Consumer Marketing campaigns & analysis
• Good quality Powerpoint presentation & HTML coding skills
• Affiliate program awareness and data management experience
• Experience of WordPress platforms and/or plugins
• Pro-Active & confident communication skills with all levels of management
