In this dynamic position, the Brand Partnerships Coordinator will serve as a key component of the Brand Partnerships team, acting as the administrative support point person for Capitol Music Group’s brand partnerships department. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills. Prior experience in the music/entertainment field is ideal.
Job Functions:
• Provide assistance to Brand Partnerships team for all tasks related to active campaigns; including but not limited to attending client, status and internal creative meetings. May include meetings offsite.
• Play a key role in the creation of sales presentations for clients across multiple industries
• Coordinate the flow of information and materials among departments to facilitate the Brand Partnerships process
• Translate research and creative brainstorms into powerful language with cohesive ideas
• Develop and maintain weekly Brand Partnerships newsletter and provide analytics to to team
• Collect and organize all artist assets across all company departments
• Obtain necessary internal approvals on as-needed basis across all departments
• Conduct research, compile and analyze data, and create reports as requested
• Seek out and provide insights on new business trends and opportunities
• Assist with administrative and day-to-day basic duties including answering phones, maintaining calendars and coordinating meetings
• Record and distribute meeting minutes / organize meetings
• Any additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Strong administrative, organizational, communication and creative skills
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Keynote, Photoshop, InDesign, Digital Media savvy
• Ability to work under high pressure and speed
• Self-motivated
• Great social and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to keep information highly confidential
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to interact with multiple levels of personnel
• Passion for music and popular culture
Experience:
• 1-2 years of agency, label and/or administrative experience in the music/entertainment business
Education:
• College degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
