JOB DESCRIPTION:
CCMG in Brentwood, TN is seeking an Administrator of Sales and Catalog Development.
Job Purpose
Provide administrative, creative and production support to the EVP and all Sales Directors -- ensuring timely and effective completion of major sales functions and processes including sales tools, exhibits, events and conferences, retail marketing and advertising, SoundScan and status reporting to Distribution Leadership.
Essential Job Functions
• Assist with various kinds of administrative support (e.g., expense reports, travel coordination, communications management, etc.).
• Ensure the accessibility and timely distribution of advertising tools (e.g., cover art, ad copy, etc.) to pertinent accounts and UMGD ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Telesales & Services to coordinate all co-op/OSI processing.
• Assist in the deal process by preparing deal sheets for the deal meeting, tracking approvals, creating deal codes, and setting up deal content in TinyTerm and posting to B2B web site.
• Update monthly product catalog and distribute and post to distribution website.
• Create and/or assemble presentation tools (e.g., one-sheets, Power Point presentations, recorded media, etc.) for key planning and sales meetings as directed.
• Pull various departmental reports including but not limited to SoundScan and OSR.
• Maintain and update new release and Catalog group grids and send weekly update to internal and external contacts.
• Create and send weekly SoundScan/Radio email update each week.
• Send weekly email updates to Labels with General Market sales charts and Digital charts.
• Handle distribution of pre-release music to internal and external contacts via PlayMPE. Assist labels as needed with questions concerning the Play MPE tool.
• Provide logistical, technical, and hospitality support for major sales events and conventions (e.g., sales conferences, Label/Sales presentations & performances, ICRS, etc.) as well as for day-to-day meetings with staff and/or customers, in collaboration with others.
• Manage all product changes and updates for Catalog Group releases.
• Manage the monthly contests/rules for the Catalog Group.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Working knowledge of key software programs including MS Office suite, ISR, TinyTerm, digital music and image creation/manipulation, remote PC communications, and software.
• Must be solution oriented, proactive and problem-resolution oriented
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time-management and organizational skills
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years office/professional and/or related work experience
• Prior relevant experience in either Christian music or entertainment world a plus
