Job Summary:
Founded in January 2011, Fame House is an award-winning digital strategy agency with offices in Philadelphia, New York and Los Angeles that's built to uniquely serve the needs of the modern music industry. Fame House's early foresight into crafting services around the new opportunities of connecting artists and fans online led them to help establish a new key role within the music ecosystem serving artists alongside labels, management companies, event companies and agents. This is an administrative role that will help to support the leadership team of the company as well as play a role in ensuring day to day company operations run smoothly.
Job Functions:
• Executive Assistant – Executive Team
o Schedule meetings
o Book travel
o Complete expense reports
• Receptionist
o Welcome visitors to the office and direct them accordingly
o Answer and direct inbound calls
o Receive, Sort and distribute Mail and Packages
• General Office Management
o Order, Maintain office supplies
o Other ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Attention to detail
Experience:
• 1 Years in a related role
• Degree in business or communication is a plus
