Full Time Job
A. Job Summary:
Provide general administrative support to EVP, Commercial Services Administration, limited support to SVP Finance, and additional general help across all Commercial Services departments, supporting day to day
operational needs.
B. Job Functions:
• Meeting scheduling and management
• Travel booking and coordination for supervisor
• Expenses administration and submission
• Managing documents (email/scan/distribute)
• Stationery and office supply ordering and coordination
• Conference room booking
• ICVS overnight access and use for emergencies
• PeopleSoft timekeeper approving
• General day to day operational tasks
C. Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Interact comfortable, effective, professionally with all levels of employees
• Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time management
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities and adjusting to changing priorities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent Microsoft office, focused on Outlook and Excel
• Excellent PowerPoint abilities – technical, mechanical, and good eye for design
Experience:
• At least 1 year in a corporate office environment
Education:
• 4 year college graduate minimum
