Full Time Job
A. Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator will serve as the primary support staff for the Head of East Coast Operations and be responsible for day-to-day Facilities Operations.
B. Job Functions:
• Answer telephones, file, scan and maintain files and documents
• Liaise with other UMPG Departments and Department heads
• Maintain schedule, arrange meetings, conferences, social functions, annual events (Holiday Party), and showcases
• Schedule, plan and book Executive and Songwriter travel
• Assist with coordinating studio sessions
• Maintain record of financial commitments including; studio invoices, refund checks, travel expenses, expense reports and petty cash
• Create and maintain weekly Available Pieces report
• Inventory management
• Coordinate and maintain Office necessities including; maintenance of office space and the day-to-day needs of the NY staff
• Point person to schedule for UMPG White Lounge throughout the Publishing company and Label group
• Coordinate various office projects including; Studio maintenance, equipment management, furniture and office moves

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Minimum 2 years experience handling Office Coordination
• Minimum 1 year experience booking travel
