We license the synchronization rights for background music to the Broadcast Industry, Production Facilities and Advertising Agencies, Corporate producers, and Cable/TV networks. Our music can be heard daily in radio commercials, television shows, and in blockbuster trailers and movies.

To provide the highest quality production music we partner with Grammy and Academy Award winning artists, singer-songwriters, film score composers and major league session players of all kinds.
We currently produce, represent, and license music for over 183,000 copyrights.
The Account Executive meets individual sales goals for their territory by successfully accomplishing the following responsibilities:
B. Job Functions:
• License specific production music libraries and services offered by FirstCom.
• Subject matter expertise in the post production industry, with the ability to utilize existing knowledge and relationships to bring in new book of business. Develop new relationships to build FirstCom's client base.
• Maintain complete understanding, knowledge and implementation of FirstCom's sales process including opening statement, production analysis, music recommendations, web demos, customized sales proposal, follow up and consummation of the sale.
• Manage and maintain territory database to keep information current and accurate.
• Understanding and staying knowledgeable about the Post Production industry and how they use music in their productions.
• Implement and follow up on marketing projects as requested by management.
• Provide sales/marketing ideas and feedback to management.
• Represent company with a positive attitude towards clients, prospects and coworkers from all departments.
C. Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong customer-focused aptitude with a polite and courteous manner.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment, while remaining flexible and adaptive to change.
• Superior work ethic and a dynamic, positive attitude. Experience:
• 3-5 years experience of direct, inside sales
• Knowledge of Production/Broadcast Industry or music licensing is required
Education:
• Bachelor's degree
