Job Summary
Polydor are looking for an enthusiastic and committed A&R coordinator to support their A&R team. They will be coordinating allocated recording projects from start to finish, as well as assisting all others; organising logistics for recording sessions; negotiating rates; booking travel; attending weekly meetings and working closely with the A&R Managers.

Essential:
• Solid experience in similar role (preferably in A&R).
• Excellent IT skills; must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Proven experience of working to strict deadlines and excellent organisational skills.
• Experience of working on own as well as part of a team.
• Experience of working with colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to, and experience of, remaining calm in a sometimes pressured environment.
• Committed, flexible and willing to take initiative.
• Ability to use Uniport to a high level.
• R2 experience.
Desirable:
• Logic/ProTools experience.
• Negotiation experience.
