United Talent Agency is seeking an experienced assistant to cover a very busy desk. Candidate must have previous industry experience and possess a strong interest in developing a career in licensing and brands.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate on creative development; creative assets for brand sales presentations
Create elements for design and layouts; apply design principals such as color, typography, photographic selection, organizing elements and usability
Manage all aspects of calender
Maintain client content, presentations, and key client date
Keep partner/licensee contact information and lists up to date
Track invoices
Monitor sales targets; track and document results
Requirements:
Previous industry experience
A portfolio of work with a wide range of creative ability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience monitoring competitive brand acitvity
A strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree
Strong professional references
Compensation includes overtime and full benefits.
