United Talent Agency (UTA) is seeking an experienced marketing assistant to support the Chief Branding Officer in the UTA Marketing studio.
UTA Marketing is a division of UTA that provides integrated marketing solutions for corporate marketers. It is led by a team of veteran researchers, strategists, designers,creative specialists and business consultants.
The assistant position will support the Chief Branding Officer, who leads the division's studio team. The studio conducts consumer research, develops comprehsive strategies, and designs creatives for both corporate and talent-based clients of the agency.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage and maintain executive's schedule and contacts, including travel arrangements
• Answer and manage heavy phones
• Prepare expense reports
• Working on decks in Keynote
• Must anticipate and be two steps ahead
• Properly manage time and foresee the big picture
• File and retrieve documents and reference materials
Qualifications /Requirements
• Detail-oriented, organized, ability to work and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication + writing skills
• Driven + proactive
• Problem solver
• Strong keynote skills
• Bachelor's with at least 2 years of experience in marketing
