Our company is made up of outstanding individuals. Together, we make a very tight-knit and powerful team! In addition, we're all about the process and we have a lot of fun together. We've got flexible hours, personal days as needed, full health coverage and a 401k plan, too.
All of the below are just ideas! We're mainly looking for someone who is highly organized, pro-active and solutions-oriented! Oh, and super nice, of course!
Office Manager will:
- Develop and implement new administrative and operational systems and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between studio personnel and vendors, suppliers, and some clients, etc.
- Manage daily/weekly rentals and scheduling of studios for certain clients.
- Assist with meetings and event preparation.
- Handle sensitive documents and records with a high level of confidentiality.
- HR responsibilities include coordinating new hires.
- Oversee the day-to-day needs of the office including ordering office and pantry supplies; organizing and maintaining files and records; coordinating with IT/Networking vendors and building janitorial staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operational processes.
• Ensure that all assets and resources are identified and available
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
• Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

Key Qualities & Requirements:

• Working knowledge of entertainment industry, video game, internet and TV industry in particular
• Highly personable and ambitious
• Possess great attitude, technology proficient & ability to adapt to a fast paced dynamically changing environment
• Self-starter who is able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong organization and problem solving skills (yes, we listed this twice!)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• account / client / project management experience are a plus.
