Job Responsibilities
1.The establishment of a good quality of the writers team, through the Salon platform for distribution of screenwriter categories.
2 Coordination and arrangement the project.
3.Preparing, scheduling and arrangement of the entire operation of the project and staff and other resources to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
4.Need to predict the project, unified planning, implementation and command arrangements, integrate control…
5. Responsible for the development of detailed coordination of the working forms and implementation methods and preventive measures.
6. Create an editorial team outside the company's personnel, evaluate and revise the company's projects.
7. Complete the company-defined creative Script outline as soon as possible.
8. Provide outstanding projects for the company to complete the annual project development. (creative case, synopsis, script, novel and other forms.)
9. Provide staff reserve for company brokers.
10. Organize and reserve relevant manuscripts, organize, modify, and polish contributions or materials, responsible for proofreading and auditing of documents or materials
11. Review manuscripts, responsible for doing the preliminary examination and contact for trial work.
12. Editing manuscripts, responsible for the literary deletion, modification, punctuation correction.
13. Responsible for arrangement of the layout, and proof-reading proofreading.
Job Requirements
1. Graduated from the film and television institutions related professional, editorial work related experience.
2. Be able to independently prepare manuscripts, have a strong foundation of writing; quick thinking, love of text, and determined to engage in long-term editorial career.
3. Proficient in operating office software, with excellent English and Chinese skills.
4 . Have good communication skills, able to work under pressure
5. Usually requires years of experience in planning , and have success stories.
6. Need to have team spirit..
