Job Responsibilities
1.Assist the CEO to develop, implement and complete the annual business plan objectives.
2.The responsibility for the completion, organization and coordination of the Company's annual production and operation plan;
3.The development of film and television IP: guide the company producer, project manager, project co-ordination, editor of literary responsibility for film and television project development creation.10 or more fine film and television projects per year, every year production at least 4 projects.
4.Planning and organization, promote the company's long-term development.
Job Requirements
1,Bachelor degree or above, graduated from film and television institute related professional.
2,Leadership and management skills, relevant management experience.
3,Learn about traditional media and new media, familiar with industry details and workflow
4,In the industry has a deep relationship between resources and maintain a good reputation.
5,Work hard, have a good team spirit
