Coordinator, Print and Digital Creative Marketing
Twentieth Television (20thTV) is the domestic syndication arm of Twentieth Century Fox Television (TCFTV). A 21st Century Fox company, TCFTV is one of the industry's most prolific suppliers of primetime television programming and entertainment content, including the blockbuster and Emmy and Golden Globe winning ''Modern Family,'' the pop culture phenomenon and Golden Globe winning ''Glee,'' the hit comedy ''New Girl,'' and the longest running primetime scripted series in the history of television, ''The Simpsons.''
Job
Duties:
· Provide administrative assistance and key organizational support for the SVP and Art Director, such as:
o Manage phones.
o Manage Appointment calendars (includes scheduling of all internal and external appointments) and contacts.
o Travel & Entertainment Expense reporting.
o General
office management (mail, shipping, facilities oversight, equipment, etc.
· Works closely with Art Director on creative elements for all trade and consumer print and online campaigns
· Works
on project accounts (opening PCs, tracking costs and AP)
· Trade media buying strategy and planning with Art Director
· Manages a complicated schedule of projects with many moving parts and tight deadlines
· Assists in department presentations
Qualifications:
· Strong MS Office; Photoshop and Illustrator know-how is a plus
· Problem solver and team player
· High interest in the online space, social media and entertainment content that is presented on new technologies.
· Interfaces well with all other departments and levels of seniority. Understands we are a SERVICE department.
· Needs to be very well organized – will be juggling multiple projects with deadlines and approvals
· Handles stress well, always professional
