Duties: As an seasoned HR professional, the Senior HR Generalist delivers HR services to an assigned client group, working closely with client managers to develop and communicate organizational goals and clarify performance expectations. This includes coordinating and facilitating related initiatives and programs and consulting with managers on a day-to-day basis to ensure performance management best practices are consistently applied. Generally supports entry and mid-level employees and leaders with minimal guidance from an HR Manager/Director.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience within HR or related field to include exposure to employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruiting, training, and policy input/development. Desired qualifications: Bachelor's degree, business experience outside of HR, experience in the broadcast media industry, and industry/PHR certification.
