Duties: We are seeking an HR Coordinator to help drive the success of one of Turner Broadcasting's leading digital businesses, Bleacher Report. The HR Coordinator will primarily focus on providing support to the general employee population and support all HR professionals in their respective organizations. The HR Coordinator is responsible for working with PACE, position management, to process TADs, new hire paperwork, initiate background checks and other documentation. The Coordinator provides service directly to clients in fielding inquiries related to these processes. The Coordinator will also be responsible for performing data audits to ensure data is accurate and research any issues accordingly. The Coordinator will be responsible for an Anchor Role each year and be expected to become the team lead in that specific area and educate/update the rest of the HR Team throughout the year on that given topic. The HR Coordinator will partner with the HR Manager and Compensation to execute CMR process and will be responsible for all reporting & metrics. The HR Coordinator will also be partnering with Recruiting, Legal, and Finance. He/she will will also be responsible for managing the administration of the summer jobs program and internships. Responds to employee inquiries such as benefits questions, work/life programs, practices and procedures, etc. Facilitates new hire orientation and other HR related programs. Partners with senior level HR employees when appropriate to support employee development and supports senior HR professionals with employee training and handles class logistics as needed. Participates in HR task teams. Takes on smaller scope projects on an as needed basis.
