Full Time Job
Duties: The purpose of the role is to support the effective delivery of Compensation and Benefits programmes that recognize and reward critical skills, capabilities, and performance and ensure that reward programmes are market-based and cost effective. The individual works closely with and supports the Compensation & Benefits Director in the implementation, communication and on-going management of Turner s compensation and benefits plans and policies in the EMEA region. The individual will manage and co-ordinate ad-hoc project work and provide in-depth analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage core reward processes providing analytical support, including e.g., annual pay review cycle, bonus and profit share processes, sales and other variable incentive schemesWork closely with and support the Compensation & Benefits Director by providing indepth analysis to assist the development and roll-out of a new job levelling framework, establishing job families, career levels and salary ranges and supporting the launch and ongoing communication to all stakeholders (HR, line managers, employees)Create and maintain job codes for position managementReview current compensation practices by geography or job family as required providing market and industry benchmarks and analysis to support recommendations and business decisions
Coordinate and manage regular salary and compensation benchmarking surveys on behalf of Turner, working with a range of external providers and relevant internal stakeholders ensuring Turner maximizes its visibility of market and industry trends in compensationPerform day-to-day compensation-related operations, including ad-hoc benchmarking, job evaluations and pricing; working with HR and others to support the management in the resolution of reward queries and issuesCustomization and delivery of compensation and benefit training and communications across EMEA, including provision of up to date and easy to access Compensation & Benefits information on the Intranet (supporting Manager and Employee Self-Service)Support the analysis and administration of various Sales incentive schemesPartner with the global Compensation team on Equity (Stock Options, RSU) related data maintenance, administration, reporting, and coordination of equity transactions and payments with local payrollOversee the company benefits schemes and group insurance scheme administration, annual benefits enrollment process, monthly statements, and act as liaison with external service providers on issues, manage flexible benefit schemes and annual renewal processes;Undertake monthly reporting to benefits providersDevise a plan and proactively source and administer employee discount schemes and perks with regional reachAdvise and resolve benefit related queries that are escalated by Employee Services team Partner with C&B Director & corporate Global Mobility team as contact for regional HR, payroll, Tax, and Finance relating to globally mobile employees.
Qualifications: Work experience within a Reward function across a range of compensation and benefits subjects. Work experience in a fast paced multinational business environment required. Industry experience (FMCG, High Tech, Media) preferred. Knowledge of PeopleSoft as well as other HR systems and processes. Ability to effectively analyse and synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insightsAbility to present data in a logical, concise manner. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate analyticsSuperior project management skills (organization, planning, and time management)Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and prioritiesHigh professional standards for customer service, confidentiality, and quality of work. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and superior Excel skillsAbility to work in a high-pressure environment and towards deadlinesAbility to multi-task and manage competing prioritiesDemonstrates highest attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills. HR or finance/accounting experience preferred. Excellent English language capability (written and spoken)
