This role is a 15 months maternity cover contract starting 1 August 2017.
As an experienced HR practitioner with a strong generalist HR background, you will recognise this as a great opportunity to apply everything you have learned in a role of real substance.

The CEE division has more than 130 employees, mostly in the Munich office and also in London, Bukarest, Moscow and Warsaw. Next to that you will be responsible to support our employees in Turkey and the Middle East as well as our Corporate Functions Legal, Finance and Communications in UK. You will offer a broad range of HR services to the Turner business and your role will include HR business partnering, organisational design, talent management, recruitment, employee relations, reward & wellbeing. Employee queries and HR transactional activities are managed by a team of HR Executives in London. Further to that you will work closely with our specialist functions Reward, L&D as well as Recruitment. You will report into the HR Executive Director EMEA.
You will advise on all aspects of change management, organisational design & redesign, reward and performance management, ensuring that employees are set meaningful objectives and developmental plans. You will liaise and partner with Finance on the budgeting of personnel requirements with accurate forecasting of all HR related costs.
Of graduate calibre, you will be fluent in English and German (other languages an advantage) with strong intellect and the ability to analyse, understand and advise on complex HR issues. You will have worked with and partnered remote teams, with cross-border experience in a matrix structure and have resourcing experience and exposure to reward strategy and L&D. You lead by example to support change across the business and your interpersonal and relationship talents inspire confidence. Delivery focused, proactive and responsive, you can draft policies, reports, presentations and other written materials in a clear and persuasive way, as well as a having a thorough understanding of German employment law. Experience of working with or within CEE/MENAT offices/locations will be a distinct advantage. Travel within the regions as well as regularly to London will be required.
