Full Time Job
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate HR and talent data for all employees based in the EMEA & APAC regions and ensuring complete integrity and compliance to HR reporting standards. They are a critical member of the HR function, providing reliable data that can inform business decisions and HR transactions. They are also responsible for liaising with local payroll and finance to provide relevant budget and payroll data from the HRIS, Peoplesoft. Alongside these responsibilities, they will collaborate closely with the Global Talent Systems and Analytics teams in Atlanta, working on global initiatives and system implementations from an EMEA & APAC perspective.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain all employment related data; including core employee data in PeopleSoft and payroll related employment and personal employee information
• Responsible for training wider team and ensuring all updates within Peoplesoft Position Management are executed in an accurate and timely manner
• Perform data cleansing activities and audits, ad-hoc and associated with annual performance management and salary review cycles as well as bonus payment cycles
• Complete monthly reconciliation and data audits of personnel data between payroll and PeopleSoft, addressing gaps and errors to ensure accuracy of record keeping
• Process all HR transactions and data corrections, including any bulk changes to employee data as required
• Work with Employee Services to ensure all payroll data points are fully completed accurately in line with payroll deadlines
• Ensure reporting and security hierarchy trees are maintained accurately and updated with business changes
• Maintenance of all HR related systems, including absence management, recruitment and onboarding
• Provide monthly reports to the HR team such as headcount reports, contract data, visa reports, approval status and other ad hoc reports as requested
• Produce HR analytics at agreed timepoints to HR leadership, along with value add analysis and commentary
• Act as a local expert on employment related data, encouraging use of appropriate data and relevant measures in decision making
• Resolve and research any system access issues or errors in process, escalating to global systems team as necessary
• Work with the Global Talent Systems and Analytics teams in Atlanta on global projects and new system roll outs, acting as the EMEA & APAC representative
• Responsible for the HR intranet, including coordination of review, redesign and launch, as well as ongoing maintenance
Competencies and Personal Specification
• Experience of working in HR or a payroll environment
• PeopleSoft or other HRIS systems user and support experience
• Understanding of HR analytics and their production
• Profound understanding of HR processes and systems
• Excellent Excel skills and highly numerate
• Proactive communication with a customer service mindset
