What part will you play?
In this dynamic team, the HR Director will oversee and develop the HR strategy for multiple client groups within Corporate and Ad Sales teams.
The HR Director will implement programs & practices which may include organization design and change management strategies, staffing, compensation, training & development, succession planning and performance management.
The position requires a problem solver who serves as a business partner and guides all aspects of human resource initiatives for the client group.
What will you be doing?
• Consult with executive level leadership to create, develop, and execute the strategy for creating a client structure and culture of high performance and results.
• Act as strategic business consultant and assess capability gaps against future needs of the organization.
• Work with organization development to design and facilitate customized solutions related to desired organization and organizational strategy.
• Direct, oversee, implement, and project manage key HR initiatives and programs within various business units.
• Partner with Compensation to addressing trends, organizational changes, and to drive variable compensation programs.
• Partner with Recruiting to develop strategic recruiting initiatives to address organizational resource issues and changes.
• Ensure learning and development opportunities are relevant, client focused and actively drive talent management initiatives.
• Address and resolve senior level employee relations issues; oversee and conduct investigations in response to employee concerns; provide guidance to managers and employees on organizational issues and approaches.
• Manage a generalist and develop HR staff capabilities to drive organizational effectiveness and operational excellence
What do we require from you?
• A minimum of 10 years related experience as human resources professional to include responsibility for or exposure to organizational design and development, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, and policy input or development.
• Strong facilitation skills required.
• Change management experience preferred.
• Managerial responsibility for staff .
• Prior experience working with and influencing senior executives in a major corporation is critical.
• Experience in Broadcasting/Entertainment industry a plus.
• SPHR or PHR certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree desired (degree in Business Administration, Psychology and Human Resources a plus).
