Duties: The HR Coordinator will focus on providing support to the Ad Sales and truTV HR team and the general employee population. You will be responsible for assisting in the processing of employee paperwork and act as a main point of contact to clients in fielding inquiries related to HR programs and processes. This role has responsibilities such as: - Help lead/manage the intern program for ad sales and truTV which includes recruiting, processing background checks, initiating onboarding and developing and maintaining our external media partnerships. - Help manage/track employee movement, logistics, org charts, budgets, etc. - supporting the annual review and comp process by performing data audits and addressing issues to ensure data is accurate and has responsibility for all reporting & metrics - facilitating new hire orientation, focus groups, or other HR related programs - partnering with senior level HR professionals when appropriate to support employee development including training logistics as needed - partnering with other HR specialist groups to plan events and other employee initiatives - Leading the ideation and logistics of various employee engagement initiatives. - Provide minimal admin support to the VP, HR - Help lead various ad-hoc projects
Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree is preferred. - 2 years of experience within HR preferred - Must be MS Office proficient: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
