Duties: Turner is seeking a Senior Talent Services Representative to serve as a Workforce Administration (WFA) Specialist. The WFA Specialist's primary role is to process all data entry transactions related to hires, separations, and data changes with the highest level of accuracy to support data integrity throughout the company's HR and HRIS systems. In addition, this individual will be responsible for running basic queries and conducting data audits. The WFA Specialist may support user acceptance testing of enhancements or application changes to various HR systems by performing end-user testing, creating training materials and presentations and deliver training to colleagues via phone or in person. The WFA Specialist will use advanced knowledge and analytical skills pertaining to HRIS in order to guide clients and trouble shoot issues, assist in managing the resolution of application issues/questions; diagnosing problems and coordinating corrective action and use the appropriate tools in order to identify variances and document discrepancies to ensure the dependability of the HRIS systems. The WFA Specialist will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service and interaction including answering calls from employees or colleagues and communicating via email to resolve inquiries or determine the need for escalated support and care. The WFA Specialist must understand the confidential nature of HR and adhere to all Company and Service Center policies related to confidentiality and security of personal information when processing all transactions and addressing client inquiries.
Qualifications: Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred or four years equivalent work related experience required preferably in computer science or related discipline.- Strong base of analytical skills to continuously find new ways to increase data collection efficiency.- Comfortable with advanced Excel techniques, including v-lookup, macros and other ''cleanup'' methods to help focus on data integrity.- Quick learner, focused attention to detail, ability to work independently yet not hesitant to ask questions/for help.- Proven customer focus and ability communicate effectively- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or similar HRIS systems a plus but not requiredTurner Broadcasting System, Inc. and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers Minorities/Females/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Protected Veterans/Disabled.Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. and its subsidiaries are E-Verify users.
