Duties: -Manage a team of Compensation Consultants and provide day to day oversight of compensation activities. -Manage centralized support and administration of total rewards programs Broad-based bonus program (MIP) Customized Incentive Plans Spot Bonus Program Reward & Recognition (liaison with Culture & Engagement) -Support Consultants in the development of customized programs -Manage program communication, education and training -Total rewards support for International regions (i.e. global program communication/coordination, coordination of survey data base, etc.)
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 7 years solid compensation experience to include salary administration, incentive plan design, and job evaluations (market pricing). At least 3 years in a people management role.
