Duties: Provide analytical compensation support to compensation team and HR partners in support of business critical initiatives. Responsible for providing compensation support on competitive pay practices, incentive plan design, organization design, onboarding of new businesses, FLSA determination, new program implementation, annual compensation planning process and recommendations on ancillary pay practices. The Compensation Analyst works closely with senior level compensation team members and HR Generalist partners to deliver compensation guidance and expertise to the business.
Qualifications: 3 years solid compensation experience to include salary administration, incentive plan design, and job evaluations (market pricing) preferably with 1 - 2 years within a consulting firm.
