The TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL Publicity Office is looking for creative, hardworking and responsible college students and recent grads ('10, '11) that have a strong interest in film, publicity and film festivals, for the 2012 TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL.
Interns are an integral part of the publicity team. Responsibilities include:
- Draft fact sheets, recap sheets, press kits and press breaks and press pitches
- Research niche media for outreach
- Coordinate materials from films requested from the Festival
- Supervise press screenings
- Assist with press events, interviews and other film activities.
Ideal candidates must be dedicated, detail-oriented and eager to assist the department’s overall operations. This is a great position for someone with a strong desire to learn the inner-workings of a film festival. Qualified and interested applicants should submit a cover letter and resume as separate MS Word documents with the words ''Press Intern'' in the subject field.
This internship is slated to start this February and last until mid May of 2012. |
