Responsibilities:
•Maintain company creative database (specifically; wiredrive)
•Create and update creative presentations and management reports
•Coordinate travel
•Generate expense reports
•Internet research
•Maintain production database
•Client services
•Provide organizational and administrative support to management
•Manage calendars and activities
•Coordinate office logistics
•Phone management (answering and rolling calls)
Skills and Competencies required:
•Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Keynote. In-design, Photoshop, and some picture editorial skills a large plus)
•Detailed, accurate, organized, positive, responsible, and skilled in time management.
•Must be proactive and able to multi-task, working independently and with others.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Experience working in the advertising and entertainment industry
