Overview:
Trailer Park is seeking a Producer that will provide structure and overall vision on client projects. They are ultimately responsible for the successful development of projects, working closely with cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure solutions are delivered on-time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters. This position involves conceptualization, writing and producing campaigns and episodic promotions designed to grow ratings and branding through innovative and original creative work.
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, Write and Produce campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative directors, editors, graphic designers and writers to come up with new and innovative marketing.
• Basic strategizing and development of multiplatform promotional campaigns with assistance of upper creative management.
• Build and strengthen partner relationships as liaison to studio and client partners.
• Create budget and make sure projects stay on budget.
• Take and interpret client notes and relay them effectively to editors, writers and motion graphic artists.
• Work with creative management to develop concepts and scripts and hire any additional personnel needed for their projects.
• Enforce and meet deadlines while being responsible for all quality control.
• Ensure assets get to the correct place and at the correct specs.
• Work as long as is needed to make sure that all work is completed and all client needs are met.
• Provide creative direction and motive team to produce.
• Facilitate the creative feedback and approval processes of outside production companies and freelance producers.
Qualifications:
• 5 years related experience in an entertainment studio or creative agency.
• Must be proactive and anticipate needs to keep work flow moving.
• Strong scripted experience, preferably in Comedy.
• Familiarity and interaction with studio campaigns and entertainment branding experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a disciplined approach to project management.
• Possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to proactively drive projects.
• Must have great interpersonal skills and the ability to voice opinions and give feedback. You will need to interact effectively with different personality types.
• Must be passionate and curious about all aspects of AV marketing creative and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-pace and demanding environment.
• Must have the ability and desire to manage and mentor junior staff in promotion and branding.
