Trailer Park is currently looking for a Producer to lead the day to day projects for our Creative Services division. This position will be responsible for the successful development of projects, working closely with cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure solutions are delivered on-time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters.
Essential Job Functions
• Manage all facets of daily operations of Creative Services’ projects including development, production, budgeting/scheduling, editorial supervision, and scheduling facilities, equipment, personnel, and locations
• Manage larger and more complex client relationships and projects
• Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plans throughout the life of assigned project(s) according to established procedures, channels and success expectations
• Create and maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
• Plans for and acquires appropriately skilled project resources to complete assigned tasks.
• Contribute to establishing project vision.
• Responsible for ensuring that all needed assets and resources are identified to successfully meet client expectations
• Forecast, track and manage project budgets, POs and invoices
• Participates in the development and maintenance of all legal documentation pertaining to clients (e.g. Statements of Work, Change Order Requests, etc.).
• Acts as the client point-of-contact for all project related issues
• Understand and communicate client business needs to the internal team and to third-party translation vendors
• Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of the project, including the change control process
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
Job Related Qualification Standards
• Demonstrated ability to motivate staff/project team, inspire teamwork and take a leadership role.
• Successful history of client contact including experience in setting and managing client expectations.
• Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills.
• Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience.
• Experience managing large, multiple projects and diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel
