Responsibilities:
• Uncover powerful insights that drive big ideas and inspire creative partners from beginning to end.
• Gather, analyze and report on campaign effectiveness (paid, owned, earned) and present findings to clients.
• Conduct social listening analysis, providing insights into how users think, feel and act.
• Craft compelling creative briefs to inspire teams to generate world-class creative business solutions.
• Assist in the development of highly effective brand and entertainment strategies driven by data and insight.
• Contribute to the development of KPI’s and ROMI metrics to influence ongoing work.
• Passion for Pop Culture, Entertainment and the curiosity to work at the intersection of entertainment and technology.
Qualifications:
Knowledge
• Keen understanding of the impact of technology on culture and human behavior.
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills (book smarts street smarts).
• Familiarity and understanding of research methodology in the digital space (i.e. online surveys, panels, social networks, ethnographies, one-on-one interviews, digital cultural anthropology and usability).
• Solid experience with tools like Crimson Hexagon, Simmons, Survey Monkey, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
• Strong interest in fandoms across different industries, brands, film, TV, music, videogames, etc.
Skills
• 4-6 years of planning/strategy/analytics experience with a four-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Social Science.
• A passion for understanding human behavior, data, and culture to drive powerful insights.
• Research ambidexterity – qualitative and quantitative utilizing various business data, primary and secondary research.
• Be an emerging leader, strong collaborator and a persuasive storyteller.
• Capacity to handle a wide variety of tasks and assignments in a dynamic, fast paced work environment.
• Effective presenter internally and in front of external teams.
• Motivated to apply the rigor while trusting your gut and hunch to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
• Advanced skills in Keynote and Google Slides – a must!
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
• Occasionally travels to supported markets or client events may be necessary
