Trailer Park is currently looking for a contract Recruiter to work in-house for a 2-month assignment. This role would be perfect for someone who likes a fast paced environment and is well networked within the advertising or digital agency world. The ideal candidate is someone who isn’t afraid to go after top talent, has strong communication and follow-up, can think strategically about recruitment and always has a hotlist of amazing freelance talent.
Essential Job Functions
• Manage staffing needs for Trailer Park, Art Machine and Deep Focus.
• Develop recruitment strategy and identify efficient and cost-effective recruiting resources including personal networking, employee referrals, internet-based sources and other relevant resources.
• Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies to target a diverse pool of candidates from key industries/companies for vacant positions.
• Meet with hiring managers to initiate recruitment processes and assess staffing expectations, develop a candidate profile, and communicate recruitment process.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for vacant positions by effectively communicating the candidates’ qualifications in relation to the job specifications.
• Conduct reference checks prior to extending an offer of employment.
• Extend & negotiate all offers of employment.
• Create and maintain all recruiting reports.
• Preform special projects as needed.
Job Related Qualification Standards
• 5 years’ experience in staffing and recruiting.
• Agency/Digital recruiting experience preferred.
• Must have proven ability to source and select appropriate candidates based upon position requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high volume recruiting across all levels.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel & Taleo.
• Proficiency in internet sourcing.
• Strong client management skills necessary.
