Position Overview
Support TTWN's advertising sales by providing quantitative and qualitative research for specific ad campaigns and business prospecting. The Senior Research Analyst is responsible for pre-and post-buy analyses, creating national audience delivery plans with Sales Planning, and determining campaign delivery compliance with Finance.
Required Skills
Create advertising GRP, Reach & Frequency schedules to meet clients' campaign objectives
Strategize with account executives to determine specs for optimal audience delivery
Analyze and interpret national and market-level qualitative data for client pitches
Create marketing one-sheets and other sales materials as required
Perform pre- and post-buy analyses for audience delivery, invoicing and compliance
Consult with Sales Planning to create national GRP plans
Collaborate with IT consultants in software development by conducting ratings verification testing and answering methodology questions
Fulfill ad hoc research requests for a variety of data including audience metrics, CPM, competitive advertising spending, media geography, competitive information
Mentor Analysts and train account executives in research software
Required Experience
Expertise in media research software including Strata, Act 1, AdSpender and SQAD
Mastery in media math including audience and sales metrics
Strong math aptitude
Experience supporting an advertising sales team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability and desire to collaborate across departments
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Bachelor's degree
