Location: Santa Monica, CA
Rapidly growing production company seeks an all-star PR & Marketing Coordinator who will assist the Head of Development with scheduling and manage day-to-day Social Media & PR efforts to publicize company's work, roster and messaging across PR, social media, newsletter, website and other marketing channels.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy social media guru who is highly organized and innovative. We are looking for someone with both Executive Assistant and Marketing and/or Communications background.
Marketing/ PR Coordinator & Assistant to the Head of Development:
• Leads day-to-day Social Media awareness
• Coordinates with our PR firm on all PR efforts (including providing relevant supporting project reels and documentation)
• Strategizes newsletter content, scheduling and reporting
• Manages website, ensuring that latest content is featured and reels are up-to-date
• Plans major sales/marketing events (e.g. Cannes, SXSW, VR Showcase)
• Maintains and updates Salesforce data entries
• Provides executive assistant support to Head of Dev
• Maintains calendar and Out of Office for Head of Dev using iCals
• Coordinates scheduling for internal and external client calls/ meetings, etc. for Head of Dev
• Organizes monthly expense reports for Head of Dev
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• College degree
• Minimum 1-3 years previous experience in Marketing and/or Communications
• Executive Assistant background
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Positive can-do attitude
