PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Our diverse clientele range from high profile individuals, entertainers and athletes, to fast-growing restaurant chains and multinational corporations.
This Production Coordinator Position is for immediate hire and will be primarily located in the Los Angeles area, although travel may be required to handle the nation-wide production for a high-profile corporate client. The ideal candidate will be able to competently manage multiple elements of pre-planning, execution and post-program activities, including handling all aspects of travel, accommodations and event planning.
CANDIDATE MUST:
-Have at least 3 years of production coordinator/ project management experience;
-Have an interest and working knowledge of the sport of basketball;
-Have the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and work assignments;
-Have excellent time-management and organizational skills;
-Display exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness is a must;
-Ability to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality;
-Ability to juggle multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment;
-Has experience in statement and reporting reconciliation;
-Flexibility and willingness to take the initiative on a variety of projects
-Ability to thrive and operate as part of a dynamic team
-Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
-Managing the administration and logistics of numerous basketball focused productions, which will span across three U.S. states over the course of several months;
-Conduct research, arrange site visits and find resources to help staff make decisions about production of event and larger event possibilities;
-Scout and hire models;
-Assist with managing on-site production;
-Provide logistical support for group and individual travel for all events, meetings, and short & long-term housing;
-Oversee entire operations of project;
-Reconcile monthly statements with vendor reports and provide analysis of monthly travel;
-Occasional travel and some evening/weekend work is required
