DESCRIPTION:
The Recruitment Operations/Enterprise-Wide Initiatives team mission is to drive consistency and results through consulting and collaborating across all Time Warner divisions to leverage recruitment systems and processes, while enabling efficiencies within the Worldwide Recruitment department.
We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Manager to manage projects involving recruitment technology, system/program implementation and maintenance, reporting and process development. The Manager will report to the Managing Director of Worldwide Recruitment, in addition to gaining exposure to the entire Worldwide Recruitment (WWR) team.
DUTIES/OBJECTIVES:
BrassRing
• Serve as a BrassRing subject matter expert (SME) and support the execution of Corporate projects in the following capacities:
o Research
o Requirements gathering
o Testing
o Communication
• Lead user trainings and develop/maintain training materials and reference guides
• Manage the RecruitAdmin inbox:
o Respond to general inquiries about our careers site and job opportunities at Time Warner
o Resolve technical issues with our career site reported by candidates
o Handle candidate requests to have profiles deleted from our system
Encore (executive search database)
• Serve as the Encore SME and oversee day to day operations and projects related to process improvements in Encore and/or data cleanup projects
• Identify areas for system process efficiency improvements and streamlining
• Lead user trainings and develop/maintain training materials and reference guides
• Manage system user requests
• Manage issue resolution and future design considerations
Reports
• Oversee all recruitment reporting needs for WWR
o Develop new recruitment reports and provide metrics analysis
o Manage all existing scheduled reports from Business Objects reporting tool
o Run ad-hoc reporting requests
o Compile key quarterly reports such as Cost Savings and Internal Hires
• Serve as Business Objects SME
o Provide training to new users
Employee Referral Program (Time Warner Talent Connect)
• Oversee program maintenance
o Serve as SME, maintain relationships with divisional program managers, manage ongoing enhancements to the program
o Generate reports for referral submissions and hires and communicate with divisions on referral hires
• Develop/maintain training documents and reference guides
• Manage the TimeWarnerTalentConnect inbox:
o Respond to employee inquires about the program (e.g. eligibility, bonus, etc.)
o Resolve technical issues with the Time Warner Talent Connect site
Special Project Support
• Assist with execution of social media and internal mobility initiatives
• Assist with ad hoc projects as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
• A minimum 7 years of experience in a related role
• Proven success in strategically developing reports and metrics
• Proven success in executing recruitment technology and process improvement projects
• In-depth experience with BrassRing (or other Applicant Tracking System)
• -depth experience with CRM tools (preferably Encore)
• In-depth experience creating, analyzing, and presenting reports and metrics
• In-depth experience with Business Objects or similar online reporting tools
• Proven success working with departmental colleagues at all levels and establishing strong partnerships across departments and/or divisions
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office with specific expertise in Excel
• Candidate should be a solutions oriented analytical thinker and able to adhere to project timelines
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required.
