POSITION SUMMARY:
The Corporate Division of Time Warner Inc. is currently seeking a Manager, Global Organization & Leadership Development. This position offers the opportunity to shape and execute a change management strategy and contribute to executive development programs. Selected individual must possess excellent influencing and partnering skills, deep understanding of the business, adaptability, creativity, a willingness to take risks, and deal with ambiguity. Candidates must have a track record of success in helping to solve significant business problems.
The Global Organization & Leadership Development team focuses on talent management, change management and the development of the company's senior executives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner closely with Corporate colleagues to design and deliver change management services, including: stakeholder management, impact analysis, communications strategy and training design, development and delivery.
• Implement change management programs with a focus on the Global Real Estate function and the Hudson Yards Headquarters initiative.
• Provide a range of organizational development (OD) expertise to support various functional areas, including: surveys, interviews, data analysis, feedback and recommendations.
• Provide support for leadership development programs, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 years of corporate experience in communications and change management or related disciplines; understanding of the media business is a plus.
• Experience implementing large scale change programs in a corporate environment across multiple business units is highly preferred.
• Experience employing OD methodologies to address business needs.
• Strong metrics and analytical abilities and general business acumen.
• Excellent project management skills; Strong team and partnering skills and general business acumen.
• Superb communication skills, and the confidence and ability to consult and interact with senior leaders.
EDUCATION:
• Graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology is strongly preferred.
