Thruline Entertainment is seeking an Office Manager to oversee general operations at our office in Beverly Hills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, organizing office operations and procedures, answering telephones, greeting guests, controlling correspondence, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, maintaining office efficiency via planning and implementing office systems and providing support to assistants & executives. The Office manager will complete operational requirements by establishing standards and procedures, liaison with the partners of the company and undertaking/delegating work.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is extremely organized, detail oriented and an effective problem solver who can maintain operations of a busy office comprised of 23 employees. Prior entertainment industry experience is not a necessity. Some IT troubleshooting competency is required.
