If you've graduated, and you're ready to take the next step toward working in the industry, we've got an internship that will train you on how to be an executive assistant.
We are a leading Talent Management & TV/Film Production company that is seeking a devoted, enthusiastic and passionate candidate to participate in our internship program. No previous industry experience is necessary, although preferred. Our company is 70% management and 30% development & production. In a time sensitive and fast paced environment, candidates that can make excellent use of their initiative and show their ability to follow instruction will stand out.
You will be responsible for assisting with general office operations and assisting with projects relating to talent management and the development aspect of the production side. Typical duties include filing, copying, running errands, reading scripts & writing coverage, client audition submissions, video editing. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is preferred. Any relevant video editing experience is a bonus, but training will be provided. Interns are given a training plan that will teach them exactly how to be an efficient executive assistant, and help in obtaining a job on a desk. If you do it right, this will be your last internship.
This internship requires a dedicated forward thinker who has great initiative and can undertake projects on their own accord. You will be immersed in the management and production world, with the opportunity to gain an abundance of knowledge surrounding the industry. You must have a thirst for all tasks, big and small, and be able to be demonstrate how you are capable of handling menial tasks with ease in order to be involved in more important and exciting projects.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to break into the entertainment business and learn about the industry.
You must have use of a vehicle and a valid U.S. drivers license for insurance purposes.
