Looking for a cool internship that will give you the chance to participate in various stages of a functioning production company? As well as company branding, public relations and social media? Throttle Entertainment offers you a unique opportunity to work for a rapidly growing action sports production company. Throttle Entertainment is at the forefront in action sports programing specifically on the Hard Enduro moto-circuit.
We are looking for bright, driven team players to fill our internships. We wear multiple hats and each member has the opportunity to see campaigns from ideas, to creation, through development.
Internship Responsibilities Include:
-Assist with the day to day operations of running a successful production company. Business Development, Online Advertising, Content Deals, Brand Marketing, Event Preparation, and be a Production Assistant on local shoots.
-Assist in managing company calendar and events, answering phones, scheduling meetings, expense reports, travel, create unique business presentations, and handle some company correspondence.
-Help with blogs, maintaining company and client social networks, newsletters, and viral videos. Copy writing and copy editing experience is a plus.
-We desire input for all types of consumer brands. Come up with creative ideas for the Throttle Entertainment-web site, client press & publicity campaigns, assist with Social Media campaigns, ideas for new partners, ideas for new marketing campaigns/events, and let us know the trends for Gen Y and Gen X.
Job Requirements / - recommended but not necessary for application
-Organization and a commitment to the internship
-Final Cut Pro, After FX, Graphic Design - basic knowledge of one or all
-Knowledge of DSLR cameras, or any production gear
-College Student: Business, Marketing, Communications, Broadcasting, Film, Journalism, or Public Relations curriculum preferred, but all majors welcome
-A working knowledge of Web 2.0 landscape-social networking/media, tags, social media, marketing, advertising, television, film, and viral videos.
-Knowledge of the moto / action sports industry, and trends across multiple platforms.
-Must be able to commit 20 hours a week.
-Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact with all types of personalities.
What we offer: College credit available if possible with your school. A letter of recommendation for school or future employer...providing you fulfill your obligations; possible employment considerations once internship is completed and a applicable position is available.
