With a combined workforce of over 90 people across its UK and US offices, the company delivers a comprehensive range of marketing services including consultancy, advertising production, creative, publicity, promotions and social media to its clients.
The Role
We are looking for an eager and self motivated Publicity Assistant to join our rapidly growing team. Your responsibilities will include:
Tracking and clipping daily campaign coverage
Maintenance of media database and various client systems
Completing internal and client-facing research projects
Aid in the creation of written publicity assets
Pitching and securing media coverage for collateral campaign elements including sweepstakes, promotions, talent interviews and release date listings
Attending and contributing to brainstorm meetings
Contributing to campaign reports and analytics
Assistance with social media projects as needed
Supporting senior publicity staff and administrative tasks as required
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience and skills:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism or Public Relations
Good working knowledge of the entertainment industry
Drive to stay up-to-date on trends, technological developments and innovations as they relate to the publicity and social media landscapes
Positive outlook and ability to work well in a team environment
Creative and analytical thinking skills
Excellent writing skills
Time management and organizational skills
Resourcefulness and motivation
